TROPICAL.COM WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User’s devices using cookies, used for the implementation of services provided electronically requested by the User, by Tropical Tadeusz Ogrodnik, based in Chorzów /41-507/ at ul. Opolska 25.
The User’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L119 of 4.05.2016) hereinafter RODO.

I. Definitions

III. The purposes for which cookies are used
1 The Administrator uses Custom Cookies for the following purposes:
a. Service configuration
– to recognize the Service User’s device and its location and appropriately display the website, tailored to his/her individual needs;

b. Realization of processes necessary for full functionality of websites

IV. Possibilities to determine the conditions for storing or accessing cookies

Changes to the settings referred to in the preceding sentence can be made by the User through the settings of the Internet browser or through the configuration of the service.
